Scanwolf Builders Secures RM42 Million Construction Contract

Scanwolf Corporation Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, Scanwolf Builder Sdn Bhd, has been awarded a RM42 million contract from Fixus Construction Sdn Bhd for sub-structure works on a commercial project in Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur.

According to the company’s filing with Bursa Malaysia, the contract covers sub-structure works for two high-rise commercial towers. The first is a 69-storey building designated for small office, home office (Soho) units, comprising 775 units, while the second is a 78-storey tower featuring 1,440 small office, virtual office (Sovo) units.

Additionally, the development will include a 10-storey podium that will house utility spaces, retail outlets, and parking facilities.

The contract duration is 20 months, commencing on March 20, 2025, with completion expected by November 19, 2026.

Scanwolf Corporation stated that while the contract will not impact its share capital or shareholding structure, it is anticipated to positively affect the company’s earnings and net assets per share for the financial year ending June 30, 2025.
