Ybhg. Dato’ Sr Mohd Zaid Zakaria, Chief Executive of CIDB, presented the QLASSIC and SHASSIC assessment certificates to Skyworld in conjunction with the Residensi SkyAwani 5 Residential Key Handover Ceremony, Jalan Dato Senu 3, Sentul, Kuala Lumpur which was officiated by YB Dr Zaliha Binti Mustafa, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Federal Territory) on 9 March 2024.
This residential project has achieved QLASSIC ratings and SHASSIC ratings with 84% and 5-star scores, respectively. CIDB would like to thank Skyworld for supporting CIDB’s programmes. This support is very meaningful in ensuring that the quality of workmanship, safety, and health at the construction site are given due priority.
CIDB also hopes that all industry players will use QLASSIC and SHASSIC assessments as rating tools to enhance the image of the construction sector and provide the best residential results to the people.
