In 2013, Seng Liy Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd was founded, heralding a new era of innovation in the supply of PVC building materials. Subsequent years witnessed remarkable expansions, with the company diversifying its portfolio to include construction equipment and introducing NOWA in 2018, a testament to its commitment to green solutions.
The company’s contributions to notable projects such as the Skywalk Langkawi and Kwasaland underscore its commitment to excellence and sustainability. In 2023, Seng Liy initiated the Greenovation Campaign, fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange on green building materials, reinforcing its dedication to shaping a greener future for generations to come.

2003 – Seng Liy Plastic Industry (M) Sdn Bhd was established as a plastic recycling facility.
2013 – Seng Liy Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd was established to supply PVC building materials produced by its clients.
2015 – Seng Liy Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd has expanded its business into construction equipment.
2018 – Introduced its first in-house brand, NOWA, offering diverse innovative green solutions.
2019- NOWA expanded its product range to general building materials to provide one-stop solutions.
– Launched another in-house brand, GAEA, which provides a wide variety of Wood Polymer Composite products as an alternative to wood products. These products are 100% recyclable.
2023 – Set up corner beading production line to supply NOW PVC Corner Bead.
