The Facility Management (FM) Briefing Session with Private Hospitals in Negeri Sembilan was held on 27 August 2024 at the Arena Premier Boutique Hotel Seremban. The Director of CIDB Negeri Sembilan, Ts. Nor Hamiza Zahar delivered the welcome speech. En. Zahidi Hashim, General Manager, Levy Management Division, CIDB Headquarters, delivered the FM briefing.Â
Approximately 30 participants, representing seven private hospitals, were present for the briefing. The Bumiputera Association of Infrastructure Contractors & Facility Management (PKiF) and the concessionaire of the Ministry of Health Malaysia (Medivest) also attended.
The briefing aims to explain CIDB’s functions and the requirements for compliance with Act 520, especially the declaration of construction projects involving facility management works.
