CIDB Malaysia launched the slogan “CIDB Pioneer TVET Construction” in conjunction with the Graduation Ceremony of the Academy of Construction Malaysia (ABM) and CIDB Technologies (CIDBTech) 2024 which was officiated by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Rural and Regional Development, YAB Dato’ Seri Dr. Ahmad Zahid Bin Hamidi at the Sunway Putra Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.
YAB Dato’ Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi presented the Construction TVET Icon Award to 6 ABM alumni and handed over flags to 2 ABM trainees who will represent Malaysia at World Skills Lyon 2024, France.
In this event, 12 industry partners received certificates of appreciation from CIDB Malaysia as an honour for supporting the development of skills and the growth of the construction industry in Malaysia.
Also celebrated were 150 graduates who received the Construction Skills Competency Certificate (SKKP) and 15 outstanding graduates presented by Dato’ Sr Mohd Zaid Zakaria, Chief Executive of CIDB Malaysia.
