Museum of the Future has a form that represents the client’s vision of the future, where the physical building with its exhibition floors presents itself to us today as an expression of the “things of the future” of future objects. The Museum of the Future will primarily be an exhibition building exhibiting innovative and futuristic ideologies, services and products, with other leasable spaces for Labs, F&B and an Auditorium. The Project is located in Trade Centre Second, adjacent to Jumeirah Emirates Towers, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, making it highly visible to residents and tourists.
The Museum of the Future building was constructed using 5700MT of structural steel and includes 683 Diagrid frames with 843 nodes in the structure, a Podium, Auditorium steel, two platform link bridges, a panoramic elevator, a feature staircase, and spiral staircase and Escape staircases. The building was developed to satisfy LEED requirements and has achieved LEED Platinum accreditation. The steel structure was integrated through BIM at every design step, specifically using 3D Tekla Modeling to execute its execution plan.
Lusail Plaza Towers was a landmark project in Lusail City, Qatar, consisting of four distinctive high-rise buildings. The elliptical aluminium façade rotates around the buildings at a 90-degree angle, providing stunning views of the surrounding city and waterfront. The façades were clad in marine grade Speira aluminium, intelligently wrapping the buildings. The cladding is partially translucent, allowing daylight to illuminate the interior. At the same time, the glazing is protected from direct sunlight. Scope of Work includes Connection Design, Material Supply, Fabrication, Primer Painting and Erection of Structural Steel Works including Metal Deck. The structural steel works are about 24,400MT.
