On 8 January 2025, Mr Richard Lange Mkumbo, Director of Policy and Planning, Ministry of Works, United Republic of Tanzania, and four of his officers led a study visit to CIDB Malaysia. Mr Suhaimi Mansor, Senior General Manager of the Registration and Accreditation Sector, CIDB Malaysia, chaired the discussion session.
The visit served as a platform for sharing practices and roles in developing the construction industry in both countries. CIDB Malaysia also had the opportunity to provide insights on managing construction resources, such as building materials, and the capacity building of contractors and construction personnel, which holds great potential for the future of the industry.
