On 31 January 2024, CIDB Selangor organised the Industry Joint Governance Programme for Standard Compliance Certification (PPS) of Aluminum Alloy Windows Building Materials (MS 832) and Aluminum Framed Sliding Glass Doors (MS 1017) held at ABM Central Region, Kuala Lumpur.
The aim of this programme was to explain to the industry the provisions of Act 520 related to building materials as well as to inform the industry of the requirements and procedures for obtaining the Standard Compliance Certificate (PPS) and Product Certificate (PC) for Aluminum Alloy Windows building materials (MS 832:2022) and Aluminum Framed Sliding Glass Doors (MS 1017:2022). The programme was also held to provide a platform for the industry to interact directly with CIDB and the Certification Body.
