Currently, 82 percent of the construction for 15 work packages in Phase 1 of the Sabah Pan Borneo Highway Project (LPB) has been accomplished, with a target of full completion set for January 2025, according to Datuk Seri Alexander Nanta Linggi, the Works Minister.
